I liked it even though it was a little tame/light and Lyra's father came around to see Jaden as a good guy pretty quick. The ending with the villain spilling all his secrets in a televised way made it a little cheesy and unbelievable. However, the theme of this read touched me. Lyra, A woman who is willing to fight a pack of werewolves to become her father's successor even though she's not as strong as them (and knows it), but is willing to do it to change how the wolves think and live in these times is a pleasant reminder of how a woman can be strong and determined in the face of great odds.
