Already Dead (A Joe Pitt Novel)
A ghettotized vampire version of Dick Tracey. Lots of wheelin' and dealin'; shaken folks down. Joe, being so low on the totem pole, did not endear me to his character at all. It kind of belies his whole tough as nails demeanor. He was constantly getting beat up and not cleaning up his messes. However, things moved at a quick enough pace, which kept me reading when I should have given up. An alright read. Most likely won't read the others unless they're free. Maybe not even then~
