Nothing Ever Happens

Nothing Ever Happens - Sue Brown Just an Okay read for me. This read was like a crosswords puzzle and I was supposed to find all the convenient ploys; which I did to my own reading detriment. The drive you home because that will give us time together, twisted ankles, the aches and pains so I should lay down, the club scene, the setups by friends, Andrew's breakdown, successful Rich, Rich's house where you can go and think, Alex's pregnancy, were all contrived ploys to get from point a to point b easily. I wasn't feeling the love in this episodic drama. Nathan and Andrew never captured my loyalty. There was just too many people involved and too large of a time span to keep me interested. I like my epics in the fantasy realm.
