First off, Tim irked the heck out with the whole "I'm not gay...no no wait, yes, I am gay" dilemma. I found myself, halfway through the book and wanting to skim paragraphs to get past the babble. Too much "telling" an not enough "showing" going on. Con, if he is really even human, can take more crap than any man or woman I know. I kept thinking that these characters needed to "man up".
